Drop off and pick-up at MSHS Soccer Field (Behind the Junior High)
*Please DO NOT drop off or pick up campers on Main St.*
**In case of rain, we will move into the Junior High gym.**
What to bring:
- Water Bottle
- Soccer Cleats
- Shin Guards
- Spark Interest in the game of soccer for your child
- Help your child gain more love for the game
- Raise your child's level of soccer skill
*REGISTRATIONS AFTER MAY 12th CANNOT GUARANTEE A SOCCER BALL NOR A T-SHIRT*

WAIVER:
In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I, intending to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release the Mahomet-Seymour High School, their agents, committees, and members from any or all claims on rights to damage for injuries or losses suffered by me directly or indirectly in training, or traveling to or from, or competing in or attending the Mahomet-Seymour summer camp programs. In the event of an emergency in which my child requires medical care, I authorize the staff to obtain for them, necessary medical treatment.
