Emphasis of the Camp: Emphasis will be placed on the development of individual offensive and defensive skills. Each player will be placed in drill situations that are structured to work on fundamentals. The camp will provide time for participants to put their new skills to work in games and skills competitions that promote teamwork and sportsmanship
​Goals of the Camp: Our goal of this camp is to create an environment, which your son can have a positive basketball experience. We want to inspire your son to practice on his own and teach him some basic fundamentals so that when he does practice, he is practicing the right way. As a staff, we understand that the most successful way to achieve this goal is to have fun doing it. There is no substitute for enthusiasm!
** All Registrations should be made under the grade your camper will be during the 25-26 School Year **

Mahomet-Seymour High School will be hosting a Basketball Camp this summer for boys entering Grades 1st-12th. The coaching staff will make a genuine effort to help make our young players better. Those parts of the game that we have found to be teachable will be taught and emphasized to the different age groups. We hope that the camp may spark an interest in basketball for your child, in hopes that he will gain enjoyment from the game.
The registration deadline is May 2nd for grades 1st - 8th grade. After the registration deadline, a $5.00 fee will be added to each registration, and camp shirts are not guaranteed.

WAIVER
In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I, intending to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release the Mahomet-Seymour High School, their agents, committees, and members from any or all claims on rights to damage for injuries or losses suffered by me directly or indirectly in training, or traveling to or from, or competing in or attending the Mahomet-Seymour summer camp programs. In the event of an emergency in which my child requires medical care, I authorize the staff to obtain, for them, necessary medical treatment.
