Attendance Policy

Because of the compact and accelerated nature of summer school classes, it is vital that students attend every day.


  • Only one absence per session is allowed. Any student who is absent twice within a session, regardless of the reason, will forfeit the credit and fees and be dismissed from the class.

  • Tardies (10 minutes or less) – 3 tardies will count as ½ day absence

  • Late (more than 10 minutes) – will count as ½ day absence
